About

My love for photography began in 2010, when I joined the Peace Corps and went to Haiti & South Africa. It was there that I first understood the power of an image—not simply to preserve a moment, but to tell someone's story, transcend language, and connect us to people and places beyond our own world.
I fell in love with photography because I fell in love with storytelling. More than a decade later, that same curiosity still drives everything I create. From weddings and celebrations to editorial portraits and stories of people around the world, I'm drawn to the beauty, emotion, culture, and humanity that make each story entirely its own.
My work blends editorial photography with honest, documentary storytelling—beautiful light, intentional composition, fashion, movement, and all the unplanned moments in between.

“I want my photographs to feel elevated without feeling untouchable. Editorial without losing their soul. Timeless, but never predictable. For weddings, that means creating beautiful imagery without turning your celebration into a photoshoot. I want you to experience your day fully while I preserve not only how it looked, but how it felt.”

At the heart of it all, I'm a storyteller.
The greatest gift travel and photography have given me is the way they've challenged my perspective, my upbringing, and what I once believed about the world. I began traveling through volunteer work, carrying the well-intentioned belief that I was going somewhere to help. What I quickly learned was that the people I met didn't need me to tell them what they needed—or to save them. I needed to listen. To learn. To experience lives, cultures, and perspectives beyond my own. Photography became a way to do that: not to speak for people, but to create space for their stories to be seen and shared. Because I've come to believe that stories—when told with honesty and humanity—have the power to connect us, challenge us, educate us, and ultimately change the way we see one another. When I'm not behind the camera, you'll find me traveling, working on a non-profit dream, writing, hanging with my friends & family or road-tripping with my rescue English bulldog, Louis—who has stronger opinions than most brides. The trust people give me to step into their world and preserve a piece of their story is something I'll never take for granted. Wherever in the world your story takes us, I'm all in.
